Industrial Art
Furniture
Chairs are the driving
force in my life as an artist. I believe that chairs are
powerful symbols of civilization, with deep connections to
the human form. I strive to make them both a sculpture and
a functional piece of furniture. When I am constructing a
chair I am intimately connected with the human body. I try
to make them very comfortable through the use of flexible
seats, backs and surface texture.
